In the field of small and medium-sized companies, Thurn und Taxis Consulting AG concentrates on classic management consulting and business development for primarily owner-led firms. We draw on extensive know-how across different kinds of competence: from commercial advice and the analysis of a company's economic situation, through strategic perspectives and development potential in the market, to implementation in organisation and people development. Owner-led companies in particular make their decisions on their own responsibility. We meet them as partners who know that perspective from our own entrepreneurial experience, and we accompany the path all the way through, from the first analysis to concrete implementation in the business. In doing so we stand by our clients comprehensively and, thanks above all to our broad network, we are reachable for unusual questions and challenges too, the kind that have no standard answer.
